An application is considered to be completed only if it contains all the following documents (blank forms can be found in the attachment section below):
Application form (2 copies)
One copy of diploma and official transcripts in either English or Chinese, which should be verified by the ROC (Taiwan) Embassy/Representative Office
Medical report (including an HIV test) dated within the past three months
Two letters of recommendation
Study and research plan
Evidence of English proficiency
Autobiography and other supporting materials
All materials must be sent to the ROC (Taiwan) Embassy/Representative Office in the applicant’s home country, and then forwarded to the Admissions Section of Taipei Medical University.
The application deadline is April 30 of each year, but early application is recommended.
No application with missing articles or incomplete forms will be accepted by the Taipei Medical University. No late submission or any make-up practice will be accepted.
Application Submission
Applicants should submit their application documents marked "Application for Foreign Students" on the cover. All applications should be submitted by mail or by hand delivery between December 15, 2008 and April 30, 2009 to the correspondence address:
