What are the rules governing transfer between schools?

1. According to the Rules Governing Enrollment and Guidance of Overseas Chinese Students, students taking transfer exams or retaking exams are not entitled to preferential treatment. If they are enrolled in departments other than those of their wish or have difficulty studying, the school shall do its utmost to help them transfer to a different department without overstepping legal boundaries.


2. Students assigned to departments other than those of their wish or have difficulty studying who intend to transfer to other schools have to take exams given by the individual schools without receiving preferential treatment.


3. Senior high and vocational school students assigned to departments other than those of their wish or have difficulty studying who intend to transfer to other schools shall contact the school authorities directly.
