President Ma Ying-jeou Received Youth Delegation of Taiwan for International Mathematical Olympiad
The Youth Delegation of Taiwan has once again received exceptional results in the International Mathematical Olympiad. President Ma Ying-jeou received the young participants along with their respective mentoring professors and teachers on the 16th of November, to both celebrate the students’ hard-earned success and honor the countless hours of efforts put in by their instructors. Taiwan’s I.M.O. youth delegation has so far achieved recognitions in multiple fields, gleaning a total of 244 gold medals, 264 silver medals, 182 bronze medals and 94 honorary awards since the country’s initial participation back in 1991.
