Recipients of the "Plan for Encouraging Student Participation in International Art and Design Competitions" Grant

Taiwan students received many awards in major international design competitions held in Germany, the UK and Italy this year. The Ministry of Education honored sixty-four awardees in a ceremony held on December 12 under the "Plan for Encouraging Student Participation in International Art and Design Competitions." Here is Political Vice Minister Lu Mu-lin with teachers and students of National Kaohsiung Normal University, which received a NT$1.95 million prize.
