Inauguration Ceremony of National Kinmen Institute of Technology's Library and Information Building
The "National Conference of Presidents of Universities and Technological Colleges for the 2008 Academic Year" was held at the National Kinmen Institute of Technology on December 22 and 23. J. L. Tzeng, Minister without Portfolio of the Executive Yuan, Yung Chaur-shin, Minister of Examination, Cheng Jei-cheng, Minister of Education, and presidents attending the conference together inaugurated the institute's Library and Information Building.
