Vice Principal Willem Te Beest of Leiden University in the Netherlands Calls on Political Deputy Minister Lu Mu-lin
As part of the efforts of the Netherlands Trade and Investment Office in Taipei to promote academic exchanges and cooperation in the herbal and biotech medicine industries between Taiwan and the Netherlands, Vice Principal Willem Te Beest of Leiden University signed on March 9 a memorandum of understanding with Tsing Hua University, Chengchi University, National Taiwan Normal University and the China Medical University. Political Deputy Minister Lu Mu-lin served as a witness to the signing.
