The "2009 Presentation of Research and Development Achievements in Precision Machinery, Power Electronics, Cultural Creativity and Biotechnology by Technological Colleges" press conference was held on the first floor of the Ministry of Education Building on Apr. 29. Deputy Director Li Yen-yi of the Department of Technological and Vocational Education served as the witness for the technology transfer and contract signing conducted by representatives from the relevant schools and businesses.
