Announcement of Results of Overseas Elite Training Program

The Announcement of Results of the 2009 Overseas Elite Training Program took place on Oct 13th at the ground-floor lobby of Ministry of Education building. This year's results announcement saw 19 qualifiers, each of whom completed a one-year training program in the UK, Germany, the U.S. or Japan, demonstrate their designs and what they had learned overseas. Lin Tsong-ming, Deputy Minister of Education, delivered a speech and offered his praise and encouragement to the trainees at the event.

Trained at the UK-based Royal College of Art in the "Product Design" category, Tseng Si-kai presented his designs at the Announcement of Results of 2009 Overseas Elite Training Program, which included a vase and a pop-up red envelope that is meant to wish the newlyweds a healthy baby.
