Dr. Chin-sheng Chang, Director General of the Bureau of International Cultural and Educational Relations received Bolivia's Congressman Mr. Favio Pórcel Arancibia and his wife, on June 21, 2005. The purpose of their visit was to gain a better understanding of Taiwan's advances in the areas of education, culture, economics, politics and mass media communication.
