The 2013 Annual Preschool to Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination has been scheduled to take place on Sunday March 10th, 2013. The general regulations for the examinations have been posted on Friday December 14th, 2012 on the examination’s website (https://tqa.ntue.edu.tw). The Ministry of Education is issuing the following as a reminder to all prospective participants.

●Application can be submitted both online and through mail, and better to apply early. The system will open at 08:30 A.M. on Wednesday January 2nd until 03:00 P.M. the following Wednesday January 9th.

●To prevent applicants from uploading photographs that don’t meet the specifications, applicants are refrained from immediately printing any documents related to the application after clicking the “Online Application Completed with No Further Corrections” button until the submitted photographs have been approved. Once approved, examinees will be able to print the documents between Thursday January 3rd, until Thursday January 10th.

●Applicants that has both uploaded all necessary documents and clicked the “Online Application Completed with No Further Corrections” button between 08:00 A.M. and 06:00 P.M. will be able to print the necessary documents by 08:00 A.M. the following morning.

●Applicants who has both uploaded all necessary documents and clicked the “Online Application Completed with No Further Corrections” button between 06:00 P.M. and 08:00 A.M. will be able to print the necessary documents by 02:00 P.M. the following afternoon.

●Be sure to submit the following between Thursday January 3rd until Friday January 11th: Online Application Form; Paid Receipt of Application; Teaching License Application; Certificate of Confirmation for Completion of Professional Teacher Training; and Chinese Version of Degrees (bachelor or higher)

●Please submit a diploma certification of bachelor degree or higher in Chinese. For any older of overseas diploma, please submit a copy to our embassy or authorized agencies of the issued country for verification and translation into Chinese. Please reduce the documents into the A4 size. Please also submit a full copy of Certificate of Confirmation for Completion of Professional Teacher Training along with a transcript which shows the credits of education related subject taken.

●Please log on to the website to print out an examination pass. The site opens between 10:00 A.M.Friday March 1st until Saturday March 9th.
