Ministry of Education Medals of Recognition for Professional Educational and Cultural Contributions - Award Presentation Ceremony
Former President of Shih Hsin University, Mou Tsung-tsan, has served as president in both public and private universities for seventeen years. With his several years of contribution in promoting higher education and international academic exchange, he was awarded the Ministry of Education Medal of Recognition for Professional Educational and Cultural Contributions by the Minister of Education Cheng Jei-cheng (on the right) on December 25.
