The Ministry of Education held its Government Service Quality Award Ceremony on April 2. The six winners were National Central Library, National Taiwan Science Education Center, National Science and Technology Museum, National Taichung Library, National Taiwan University Hospital and National Cheng Kung University. Minister Cheng Jei-cheng presented the awards.
