Cheng Jei-cheng Leads Silent Mourning of Typhoon Morakot Victims

At the high school principals meeting for the end of the 2009 school year for, held on August 18 at the National Wuling Senior High School, Minister Cheng Jei-cheng lead those gathered in silent mourning of the typhoon victims.
