Minister Chiang is telling a story to the kids in Rui-Yun Primary school of Taitung County

Minister Chiang (right) visits Taitung County’s Rui-Yun Primary School.  The main purpose of this visit is to know how “reading” activities are performing in the school.  After talking to the kids, he then plays the role as tale-teller and reads a story for the kids. Sit next to the Minister is Taitung County Magistrate, Mr. Justin Huang.
