Minister Chiang attends 2012 Operation--Green Life kick off ceremony.  He then competes with Ms. Kuo in identifying the low carbon life style which is one of the key elements in the Operation--Green Life program.  Ms. Ku, from Nantou County, is a student from one of the best primary schools in implementing the campus-wide environmental education.
