Minister Chiang talks with the students that are using the Internet to search for the learning material

In order to know more about the educational status in the rural area, Ministry of Education (MOE) conducted a series of sites visit to the rural area primary school. Under this series, Minister Chiang visits the Dao-Shan Primary School located in the rural area of Hualien County on March 31, 2012. Minister Chiang inspects this school’s digital opportunity center (DOC) funded by the MOE. He uses the internet facility to search for data and chats with the students. He also encourages them to take advantage of the resources provided from Internet and DOC.
