2012 visual impairment student reading program award ceremony is held on Dec. 5th at the Taipei NGO Assemble Hall.In order to assist the visual impairment students, the Ministry of Education will continuously support the publication of the textbooks of Braille character, large fonts and also the audio-book.The annual budget will be around NT$ 50 Million.Those textbooks will be provided to the visual impairment students from the primary school level up to the college level.Deputy Minister Der-Hua Chen (second from left) takes photo with the reading program award recipients.
