Minister Chiang harvests the fresh vegetables and corns with the rural area elementary students
Minister Chiang Wei-Ling visited Fu-An Elementary school (located in the rural area of Kaohsiung City, Southern part of Taiwan) on Nov. 13th, 2012. This elementary school used the organic method to cultivate its own vegetables and corns. And all the collections will be used for student lunch. This photo was taken while Minister Chiang harvested the fresh vegetables with the school students. This visit to Kaohsiung City was part of the series initiated by Ministry of Education aiming for caring more to the rural area’s educational facility. With a series of visit to those rural places, Ministry of Education will be more effective in implementing policies that can be helpful and beneficial to those schools’ operation.
