Minister Chiang was having lunch with the elementary school students in Miaoli County

Minister Chiang visited the Yu-li elementary school located at the Miaoli County on Nov. 23rd. He had lunch with the students and also using English to chat with them. Some of the students actively answered the questions raised by the Minister.
