The “2013 Tour de Taiwan” was held on March 18th-24th. 23 top teams, including 185 professional cyclists from 30 countries, competed in the 7-day event. Sports Administration Deputy Director General Peng Tai-lin (彭臺臨) (third from right), Chinese Taipei Cycling Association President Huang Zhao-Shun (黃昭順) (fifth from right), and the representatives from counties and cities that assisted at the event all joined the “competitors got on their bikes” ceremony.
