Japan Shizuoka County magistrate Kawakatsu Heita (川勝平太) leaded a delegation to visit the Ministry of Education’s Political Deputy Minister Huang Pi-twan (黃碧端) on March 21st, 2013. There were 24 representatives which include the decision-makers in the government and influential figures in the private sector. Members of the delegation and Huang exchanged views on educational issues.
