Administrative Deputy Minister Chen Der-hwa Attends Press Conference to Advocate the Importance of “Being Safe in the Water”
The Ministry of Education’s Sports Administration held a press conference to advocate the importance of “Being safe in the water” on May 28th, 2013. Administrative Deputy Minister Chen Der-hwa (陳德華) and Director-General of the Sports Administration He Jhuo-fei (何卓飛) eagerly proposed 5 ways of rescuing drowning persons and 10 ways to avoid drowning.
