President Ma Ying-jeou sent a Congratulatory Message to the ROC Table Tennis Team
On July 14th, the table tennis team from the ROC won 2 gold medals in matches at the Universiade Kazan 2013 Russia. One gold medal was won by the men's doubles team, which defeated the Chinese team; the other was won by the women’s doubles team, which beat Russia’s team. Minister without Portfolio Steven S.K. Chen (陳士魁) conveyed to these players a congratulatory message from President Ma Ying-jeou. President Ma encouraged the ROC’s table tennis teams to continuously have good performance at this level in the future.
