Minister of Education Chiang Wei-ling addressed in the Youth Policy Forum’s 2013 national conference
The Ministry of Education (MOE) hosted the Youth Policy Forum 2013 National Conference on September 2nd, 2013 in Taipei. About 300 young people joined the event. During the conference, Minister of Education Chiang Wei-ling illustrated the importance young talents of cultivation through education, and it should include the training students in humanities and science literacy, professional competence, as well as various types of soft power. He noted that engaging in public affairs is an important way for young people to build up their own capacity.
