The Education Division of Taipei Mission participate in the 2013 International Education Fair of Stockholm University (SU) on 19 November 2013. This was the first time that SU invited the foreign embassies of Japan, Korea and Taiwan to join the fair and to promote their higher education programs. One purpose of this fair is to encourage Stockholm University students to study abroad by giving them practical educational information, especially about studying in Asia. This was a good opportunity for SU and embassies to promote international higher education.
There were thousands of students who visited the fair, asking for information about degree programs or studying Mandarin Chinese in Taiwan.
