Taiwanese students win medals at 2015 Adobe Certified Associate (ACA) World Championship
The 2015 Adobe Certified Associate (ACA) World Championship was held at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center in Dallas, Texas from August 9–12, 2015. This is a global competition which aims to identify and honor the next generation of design professionals. This year’s competition attracted more than 88,000 contestants from across the world, including 9 Taiwanese students led by the Taiwan Information Integration Association.

The Taiwanese students did very well in this competition. Ms. Hsu Li-Hsin from Taipei College of Maritime Technology won the top prize, from among the 33 finalists from 17 countries. Ms. Su Yen-Ting from Taipei Chengshih University of Science won the 4th place and the People’s Choice Award. And Mr. Guo Pei-Wei from Da-Yeh University was awarded 10th place.

A delegation from Taiwan has participated in this international competition since 2001 and has won 7 world championships in a row since 2009, which is a wonderful achievement. Chou Hui-Yi Chou, the director of the Education Division of TECO in Houston, sent congratulations to this year’s Taiwanese team for their great achievement on behalf of Dr. Se-Hwa Wu, Taiwan’s Minister of Education, and praised the Taiwanese students for their outstanding accomplishment on the global stage.
