The PONY 14U™ League is a baseball series specifically designed for players in their formative early-teen years, and the games are played on an appropriately sized field.

The final game of the 2016 PONY World Series 14U™ League was held on August 10, 2016 at Lew Hays Pony Field at Washington Park in Pennsylvania in the US, and the Chinese Taipei baseball team from Taiwan claimed the championship and successfully defended their title.

The defending champions advanced to this year’s final against the Maui team from Hawaii on August 10, by defeating Los Mochis from Mexico 5-0 on August 6, and then Chesterfield from Virginia 9-2 on August 9. Taiwan's youth baseball team then won a convincing 12-2 victory over their Maui opponents to claim Taiwan’s 8th Pony League world title since 1993.
