Ms. Chang Tsui-Feng, Deputy Director General of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Ho Chi Minh City made the welcoming remarks.

The Education Division invited Mr. Nguyen Vu Lan, Deputy Head of the International Relations Office at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education; and Mr. Dang Tan Hiep, Acting Director of the Institute for International Cooperation and Training at Ho Chi Minh City University of Food Industry to share their views on Taiwan–Vietnam relations and give suggestions on educational cooperation. They both highly acclaimed Taiwan’s education and society, and they encouraged other universities in Vietnam to work closely with universities in Taiwan.
