The US Cambridge School of Weston & Taiwan Taoyuan Municipal Wu-Ling Senior High School Enter into Cooperation
The Cambridge School of Weston, located in Weston, Massachusetts, and Taoyuan Municipal Wu-Ling Senior High School, located in Taiwan entered an agreement of cooperation between their schools on April 18, 2022.
The Cambridge School of Weston is a prestigious school that was founded in 1886 and it has always been an innovative leader in education. Taoyuan Municipal Wu-Ling Senior High School enjoys a reputation as being a cradle of outstanding students. Teams from the school recently gave distinguished performances in the Model United Nations Conference and in the Teen Diplomatic Envoys selection contest.
The ceremony for the signing of the agreement by Ms. Lise Charlier, Cambridge School of Weston Head of School, and Mr. Lin Huan-Chou, the principal of Taoyuan Municipal Wu-Ling Senior High School was held online and attended by Ms. Cynthia Huang, the Director of the Education Division of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office (TECO) in Boston, and staff, teachers, and students of the two schools.
Ms. Charlier, and Mr. Lin both expressed their appreciation for and commitment to support cooperation between their respective schools, and the students and teachers at each school are excited about what they can achieve together. The schools will provide their teachers and students with opportunities for international in professional development and to expand their global vision. They will exchange ideas and work together on course design, teaching materials and methods, as well as education philosophies.
Cynthia Huang congratulated the two schools on entering this exciting cooperative partnership and wished everyone an abundance of meaningful interactions.
