Chinese classes at HUB starting again soon
In recent years studying the Chinese language has been steadily increasing in popularity. Hogeschool-Universiteit Brussel (HUB) has been offering Chinese classes in Brussels in collaboration with the Taipei Representative Office in the EU & Belgium since 2011.

HUB offers both daytime and evening classes for credit at beginner and intermediate levels. Students who attend the evening class will have the opportunity to prepare for the Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language (TOCFL). The evening classes are open to everyone, but daytime classes are restricted to HUB students only. All classes are two hours per week. Ms. Twricy Hsu will teach beginner level students about 300 characters, many useful phrases, and the necessary communication skills for daily life activities. With the help of the language lab, students will have a better chance to master the pronunciation of the Chinese Mandarin language.

Classes for the 2013-2014 academic year commence on September 24. The evening classes which are open to everyone will start on September 24 at 19:00. The daytime classes will start on September 26 at 10:30. Interested parties can register at talencentrum@hubrussel.be.

For more information please check the website http://talencentrum.hubrussel.be, or visit HUB (Warmoesberg 26, 1000 Brussels), between 12:30 and 13:30 on September 2.
