National Taiwan Normal University and Ruhr University Bochum in Germany have signed an academic exchange and cooperation MOU

A joint workshop on Current Topics of Research in and on Taiwan – Social and Legal History, Philosophy, and Literature was held in the Faculty of East Asian Studies of Ruhr University Bochum. The participating professors were Prof. Li Khin-huann, Vice Dean of the College of Liberal Arts; Prof. Chung Chung-hsien Chung, Director of the Department of Chinese; and Prof. Liu Tsang-long from National Taiwan Normal University, and Dr. Rüdiger Breuer, Director of Chinese Language and Literature; Prof. Heiner Roetz; Prof. Christine Moll-Murata; and Prof. Dr. Sven Osterkamp, Vice-Dean of the Faculty of East Asian Studies from the Ruhr University Bochum,

The members of the delegations from the two universities were very impressed by the workshop sharing the results of the research being undertaken at each of these two universities, and their first interactions, and they are looking forward to more exchange activities in the future.
