This year, two new professors, Professor Tsai Ya-Lien and Professor Lin I-Hua arrived in Paraguay to teach Mandarin Chinese. They are being sponsored by the Republic of China (Taiwan) through the Ministry of Education and under the government’s International Cooperation and Development Fund. Both have a wealth of experience teaching Mandarin, and their methodology facilitates the learning process as they share their knowledge of the language and of Chinese culture with the students.

They will be teaching in the following institutions: the National University of Asunción, Catholic University, Higher Institute of Languages, and the Military Academy.
