During the Second National Education Executives Meeting, Minister Cheng Jei-cheng praised several organizations which have donated over NT$ 10 million to the Education Savings Account of the MOE such as the Chinatrust Charity Foundation, Chang Yung-Fa Foundation, Shiatzy Chen, First Bank, Taiwan Stock Exchange.
