Led by Minister Cheng and heads of nine cities/counties, nine "little angels" from nine cities/counties lit lanterns in the ceremony, concurrently launching the Nightlight Angel Lantern-Lighting Program at 96 locations in nine cities/counties aimed at bringing love to schoolchildren across the country that need help. Minister Cheng on September 3 presided over the ceremony and played the role of Minister Grandpa in a play performed during the ceremony.
