The 2008 Annual Meeting of the National Education Foundation, entitled "NPO Innovative and Better Learning," was held on December 12 at the Chang Jung-fa Foundation. Conveying ministry policy directives in his speech, Minister of Education Cheng Jei-cheng encouraged all attending representatives from foundations to work towards integration and also urged the involvement of private-sector resources.
