The First Consultative Committee Formed to Facilitate Implementation of Government Policies Concerning Student Self-Government and Civil Education held its first meeting on the 15th. Minister Cheng presented a certificate of election to the students elected members of the committee and urged them to serve as an intermediary between students and the educational authorities.
