National Taiwan University Children's Hospital was opened on the morning of December 27. Honorable guests arrived to conduct the ribbon cutting ceremony and the unveiling ceremony. Among them were ROC Vice President Vincent Siew, President of the Judicial Yuan and Chief Justice Lai In-jaw, Vice Premier of the Executive Yuan Chiu Cheng-hsiung, Minister of Education Cheng Jei-cheng, Minister of Health Yeh Ching-chuan, President of National Taiwan University Lee Si-Chen, and Superintendent of National Taiwan University Hospital Chen Ming-fong.
