The First President of Austria's Institute of Chinese Culture and Austrian Special Convoy for Austria-Taiwan Relations, Prof. Dr. Günther Winkler, called on Minister Cheng on May 20. Minister Cheng thanked Prof. Winkler for his endeavors in promoting Austria-Taiwan relations since 1971, and expressed his hopes for reinforced exchanges between Taiwan and Austria.
