The award presentation ceremony for Best Educational Films of the 2009 "Multi-Media Teaching Aid Created by Elementary and Junior-high School Teachers" Contest took place on Oct 24th at Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, where Dr. Chen I-hsing, Administrative Deputy Minister of Education, presented trophies to this year's winning teachers.
