Minister Chiang (in the middle) goes to inspect the operation of a digital learning partner node located within the Fu-Jen Catholic University.  He chats with the college students that serve as the tutors.  He then serves as the ”tutor online” to interact directly with the primary school students in rural area that are connected with the digital learning facility.  The digital learning partner project provides online college-level tutors to assist the primary school students learning in remote area via the digital facility on a regular basis.  Minister Chiang is accompanied by the Computer Center Director of Ministry of Education, Dr. Ho (left ).
