In order to know more about the educational status in the rural area, Ministry of Education conducted a series of sites visit to the rural area primary school.  Under this series, Minister Chiang visits the Taipei Primary School located in the rural area of Taitung County.  He uses English to talk with some of the students in order to know how well the English conversation teaching is performing, and chat with students to know their overall situation of learning.  He then stays to have lunch with the students.
