Ministry of Education conducted a series of policy discussion forum related to the establishment of the 12-year basic education system in various part of the country.  This forum is held in Hualien County on March 31, 2012.  More than 200 local peoples that care about this issue participate in the forum.  President Ma (left), Minister Chiang (middle) and Deputy Minister Lin (left) attend and chair the forum.  They communicate and listen to the opinions and comments that posed from the participants.
