In order to advocate family values and to foster the idea of family education, the Ministry of Education (MOE) designated the year 2013 as Family Education Year. The MOE held a press conference on “ Loving Our Families For Our Whole Life: The MOE 2013 Family Education Year” on Friday, January 4th, 2013.
