Ms. Virginia Taylor of Carleton University met with BICER's Deputy Director General, Mr. Tony Lin, on March 25, 2005. Discussions were held to promote further avenues of cooperation and for the promotion of Canadian Academic English Language (CAEL) Assessment in Taiwan.
