The project includes 10 national institutions governed by the Ministry of Education (MoE) and emphasizes utilizing advanced technology on building ‘Intelligent Museums’ and ‘Intelligent Libraries’ in order to further integrate and share resources among all the national museums and libraries. The objectives are as follows: 

1. Introduce technology innovation services into museums and libraries governed by the MoE, from cloud services, intelligent perceptions, big data, IoT, AR, VR and wearable technology.
2. Provide museum visitors and libraries users better public services and science education in order to enhance the public’s understanding and recognition of technology innovation.
3. Integrate resources across institutions into digital platforms to reshape museums and libraries into a learning space that represent aspects from art and culture, technology as well as contemporary life.
