Implementation of Technological Inclusion and Sustainable Happiness Society - Technology Innovation Services for National Social Education Institutions (2025-2028)

The project includes 10 national social education institutions governed by the Ministry of Education (MoE), focused on "Technological Inclusion" and "Sustainable Society." It promotes "cross-institutional resource integration," "technology deployment across all institutions, all-age services, and intelligent systems management," while aligning with " the 17 core goals of the SDGs." Through digital technology, it will expand resource-sharing and interactive learning models and redesigning smart building spaces to reduce carbon emissions. Furthermore, it aims to enhance the forward-looking vision and impact of national social education institutions in science and technology education, fostering learning and development across society. The objectives are as follows:

  1. Centered on the United Nations' "2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)," the project integrates technology and shares educational resources to provide a high-quality educational environment. It also applies Green BIM techniques for low-carbon transformation, using big data and intelligent systems management to enhance operational efficiency of national social education institutions.
  2. Create diverse partnerships linking industry, government, academia, and research sectors, integrating resources to cultivate forward-looking technological talent and build a lifelong learning-friendly environment.
  3. Utilize AI technology to improve operational efficiency, leveraging data analysis to gain insights into service recipients’ needs, optimize service models, and apply it to educational promotion, with the goal of nurturing competitive technology talent for the future.
