Program for Lifelong Learning Vouchers

1. There are two types of electronic vouchers including 22,000“Lifelong Learning Vouchers”and 3,300“Five-Museums Passes,”will be issued.  Nationals aged 6 and above who hold Republic of China citizenship and have a national identity card number, may register for membership and complete identity verification on the “Lifelong Learning Voucher System” to register to these vouchers.
2. Awardees of the Lifelong Learning Vouchers may enroll in Community College courses for the Fall Semester of 2025 , or—those who are over 55 years old can participate in Senior Learning University courses for the 2025 academic year. Each Lifelong Learning Voucher can be used to offer NT$1,000 Community College course fees or Senior Learning University tuition. Awardees of the Five-Museums Passes may enjoy unlimited free admission to the permanent exhibitions of the five educational and cultural institutions under the Ministry of Education within the designated period.
