The job duties of the Department of Government Ethic of Ministry of Education are:

• Intending the Acts and regulations of government ethics of the Ministry of Education ;
• Offering education and guidance concerning the ethical conduct of the Ministry of Education to public;
• To prevent, investigate and dealing with the possible violations of the code of ethics in the Ministry of Education;
• Managing all the measures for upgrading government ethic of the Ministry of Education;
• Making suggestions about evaluating, rewarding and punishing events relating to ethics affairs of the Ministry of Education ;
• Handling with confidential and security events regarding to the Ministry of Education; assisting processing petition matters; and
• Other government-ethics related events.
