Minister of Education Attends the 10th Annual National Community Universities Seminar

Minister of Education Cheng Jei-cheng attended the 10th Annual National Community Universities Seminar, and presented outstanding community universities with Accreditation of University Management and Public Involvement for 2007. A group photo was taken of the Minister and the award-winners.
