At the "Manpower Value Addition Project for Graduates from Colleges and Higher Level Institutions" media conference held on Apr. 28, Deputy Minister Lin announced the ministry's decision to invest over NT$1.22 billion in four stages to budget 6,000 university classes and provide opportunities for 35,000 graduates from colleges and higher level institutions to pursue further study.
